The Search

Now, the most exhilarating part of the home purchasing process. Working with a Real Estate agent who knows VA loans is essential and can make the hunt a breeze.

Getting in Contract

Now that you've found a place to call "home". Allow your loan officer and real estate agent team to present a compelling offer on your behalf to the sellers. Once approved you're officially under contract.

Escrow & Underwriting

Underwriting starts the moment your offer is accepted to buy a home. Your loan officer will send your file to processors and underwriters. Once all inspections, repairs, and appraisals are completed your transaction will be ready to fund.

Close Loan

Closing day is here. Sign your final paperwork and get the keys to your new home. Congratulations!

Buy a Home You Love.

In 2017 alone, more than 740,000 veterans and their families chose to utilize their VA loan benefits.

The benefits alone compete with other significant loan programs-can leave more money in your bank account and save you thousands of dollars over the life of your loan. The VA loan benefit is also the best choice for qualifying veterans, in conjunction with the VA protections in the system that can help protect borrowers.

Why a VA Loan?

Owning a home will offer an unsurpassed sense of security, comfort and financial stability. But nobody can tell you that you're ready to begin this journey.

This is one of the largest financial transactions that you will ever be making. The best time to start is when you are prepared financially and emotionally.

Part of the planning is the understanding that owning a home will bring advantages as well as challenges.

Great for all buyer types

Whether you are buying your first house, having more room for your growing family, or downsizing as an empty nester, you can use the VA home buying advantage over and over. It is possible to recover and redeem the entitlement from a previous loan, rendering VA loans a life-long benefit.
